Dolorida Viuda (sore widow)

Dolorida Viuda is a Spanish word which means "Sore Widow" was the concept of the second look. I was astonished how these photos were captured and the essence of elegance in the model's face.

Erich Miñoza Holiday Couture 2013 Ad Campaign

So a good friend of mine (SEFI) the Photographer of this amazing shoot wanted a different look which is a trend and basically everyone wants to wear it. For the Make-up I always go for subtle skin, moist, luscious and very natural looking bright face. The eyes are just popping with black long lashes and the trendy lip color dark maroon is an A plus to this look. I'll keep posting more of our projects here so keep posted.!!!

Client Shoot: The Posh Becks Luxurious Bag Collection

For the first look I did a gleaming makeup, that only shows her natural glowing skin, thick brows and peachy nude lips.
and for this second look I did a very black smokey eyes and basically just all about the long lashes and black liners that I think really complimented with the other elements in this photos. Match with a bronzed color cheeks and nude lips.

I got all intrigue when the Photographer announced the concept for this shoot, and what the client wanted to showcase was her bag collections. I did two looks for this shoot and of course the client loved it, and that is always a big compliment for me. The edgy fierce make-up and the gleaming natural make-up really complimented the entire look. As seen in the photos she was definitely transformed into a luxurious woman obsessed with her bags in a good way. P.S. she's a big fan of Victoria Beckham (a.ka.a Posh Spice). Thanks to a great team behind this I always love working with you guys and more projects for us to come. Yahooo!!!

Ad Campaign Shoot for Erich Minoza S/S 2013

I did a very soft brown smokey eyes, pink cheeks and peachy pink lips on this look with big messy hair.

Last March we had this super hot but very successful photo shoot for Erich Miñoza's Spring/Summer 2013 collection. We we're all under the raging sun trying to make everything happen for that afternoon, of course the model was very professional and obedient enough to stay out and do hundreds of poses just to get the perfect shots (HAHA). It was a great team again and we all had fun, I hope for another exciting and more amazing photo shoots to come along with great concept ideas.

Warm Bodies

Hello April readers, I'm back with another OOTD post. Summer is just around the corner but I can't really say that I'm all over the summer vibe with this look because in a way I still like to wear dark colors. So the entire month of April was a bit crazy, my brushes and my paints were the my only best friends during my Summer Arts Class but I'm glad the exhibit went well and I can now fully focus on meeting clients and doing customized paintings. I'm gonna start posting all my recent works soon so keep posted!!

Oriental Luxury Beauty Shoot

Last week I was invited by my fine and amazing friend photographer SEFI for a beauty shoot, and without any hesitations I said yes. This was the first set of photos that we did. I love how everything turned out the way we want it. I love the brows that I did for the model because it gives a different edge to the her face.

For the second set of outfit and make-up we did the more relaxed but very Oriental look that really screams Japanese Luxury Beauty which is the inspiration.

For the third look and my favorite look, we did show some skin but it still looked classy. I'm really happy to be part of this shoot because I get to showcase my three make-up looks that was asked of my by the photographer. We all did an amazing job, each of us from the model, designer and to the  photographer who is the master mind and leader of the group big applause. Hoping to be working with them soon on another project.

BTS x Wedding Bells

Photo credits to Mr. Ariel Muldong for snapping stolen shots. I always believe in the power of great process, that what ever is the outcome you know you really worked hard on doing it.

It's actually my first time blogging about my work as a freelance make-up artist, and I'm just so lucky that someone is actually taking photos of me while working so that works both ways.

One of my client from the Wedding booking  I did last Sunday.
And more behind-the-scene moments. you can imagine the front view that I have, breath taking.

OOTD, this post wouldn't be complete without it. I wore a very reliable and comfortable clothes with style and showing off my new hairdo.Yes I did cut a fringe/bangs just so everyone know.

Ethereal Mermaid

I came about this concept or shall I call my model as the"Ethereal Mermaid" because lately I have been looking for inspirations and concept ideas and this is what I got tied to. I tried to make the over all look light and airy as described the word "Ethereal" and I got the make-up concept from the colors of the sea and underwater but not to literally. My mermaid obsession is starting and I don't know where this is taking me, and there's something unrealistic about them that makes them real.. well I hope they're real...
