This post was one day late from the day that it's supposed to be out, I was supposed to post it yesterday but due to some circumstances I end up posting it today or whatever time you're reading this. So anyways, I did this shoot last Sunday, and I really want to do this look for a long time because this skirt has been in my hanger wall for a long time, she's ready to be revealed and I'm glad I have this lace shirt that I found inside my closet to match it, and I guess it's Thrifted. Same goes with this Mullet skirt, I got this from a local Thrift Store and I died when I saw it  hanging on the rack (hahah). Still I was able to revive and remind myself that it's just a skirt. I'll be leaving for Davao tomorrow to experience the Kadayawan Festival 2012, and that means more outfit post and more street style post. For now I'm gonna leave you with my last outfit post here in Zamboanga. And I can't wait to see Davao again.

This post was supposed to be out yesterday but due to some circumstances I end up posting it today. But anyways, I got inspired by the desert feel cause yesterday was very hot and I imagined myself walking in the hot flaming desert field  (haha) I just imagined, so I choose this textured shirt I got from  Thrift Store, and an old jeans that I cut and transformed into a peek-a-boo- short shorts, sling bag from a local store, My shoes.

It was a lovely day outside after a night of massive rain, the environment is welcoming a gloomy but sunny subtled day and I wanted to be playful and take advantage of a lovely Tuesday afternoon. I found a balloon wandering around our house and I believe I missed playing with balloons, of course I was once a child (AHAHA).and the joy and excitement came rushing in to me feeling I was six years old again.  So enjoy these lovely photos and my outfit.

I was wearing a customized cut out shoulder polo that I got from a thrift store 3 years ago, a mint sheer skirt also from thrift store, I dunno I just love thrift stores and thrift buying,  DIY customed made gold necklace, and belt from my aunt's closet.

I was in a hunt for new things to do and I went over my Aunt's closet I found this very long dress which I came to think I can turn this into a skirt that I really love and been wanting to have. So I set my sewing machine and I just started sewing and this is the finish product, my skirt that happens to be my favorite now. and I'm definitely making more of this in the future. I believe with great styling comes a creative mind. If you know that you have the guts to do it? why not do it. I've been styling myself for a long time and recently i started sewing garments, and I found that it's really what makes me happy, what makes my body happy so listen to myself more that anyone else, so this time I wanted to share that gift that god gave me. The reason why I wanna get into the Fashion Industry and become successful  is because I want to help the people, help them in their Fashion needs that's why there's who we call the STYLIST. I personally considered myself one without having someone to tell me why? because if I can do it better for myself then I can do it more way better for other people. That is what styling is about it's about.We can be our own stylist and to help style others as well. It's simple you have the skill, share it and share it to the world.
